The Osaka Pro-Wrestling Tag Titles have been bounced around since Gamma & QUALLT won them in 2001. In almost a foreshadowing, the titles had to be vacated almost immediately. There was a period of stability until Billyken Kid & Perro had to vacate in April 2005 due to the roster exodus. Since then, the titles have struggled to gain any momentum due to injuries and seemingly being forgotten at times. Zero & GAINA have made four quality defenses since winning them in late 2007, but their future is in doubt due to both deciding to be a part of the Okinawa Pro-Wrestling project.
BKK has been a 5-time tag champion while Buffalo has won the belts 4 times, twice with Tsubasa as INFINITY. Hideyoshi & Masamune have also held the titles twice.
