Billyken Kid has one of the more popular wrestlers
on the roster since his debut in 2002. He was a key part of Sekigun,
forming a strong team with Tigers Mask. However, he unexpectedly turned
heel in January 2006, creating Vendaval in the process. This brought
out a new look for BKK, with his trademark yellow replaced by black.
The heel turn also seemed to give him much more charisma got even more popular
as a result. BKK slowly went back to being a face, officially doing so in the war
against Bad Force. A severe arm injury sidelined him in September 2007, but he
returned at Hurricane 2008 in a losing effort against Pro Wrestling NOAH's Naomichi Marufuji.
Fans were delighted to see him back, but the arm injury worsened afterwards.
BKK is currently out indefinitely, but is aiming for another return in the future.
In the meantime, he still is seen at shows working the merchandise tables and
interacting with fans. BKK also has opened up a blog on the sky-A website to further
update everybody on his condition and other Osaka Pro happenings.
