The President of Osaka Pro-Wrestling, Delfin is the face of the company. He was the top player of Osaka until Hurricane 2003, when he decided to step down from the main event to give other wrestlers a chance. He regulated himself to comedy matches for the most part until Super Dolphin started to provoke him in early 2006. Delfin would win the Osaka Pro Title from Dolphin at Hurricane 2006 and have a rather unmemorable reign. He took part in the interpromotional feud against Michinoku Pro that produced a ton of lackluster matches. Delfin briefly returned to serious competition in late 2007/early 2008 by helping Zeus learn more about wrestling. His annoucement of Okinawa Pro-Wrestling was a shock to fans so he may not be around Osaka a lot soon. No matter what the future holds, he's still the President and has made what Osaka is today.
