GAINA stunned the independent world when he shook hands with Super Delfin at the April 2006 IMP
show. This kicked off the interpromotional feud with Michinoku Pro, with GAINA eventually transferring
to Osaka a few months later. He initially started out as a face, but really didn't get any traction. His heel turn finally
got things going for him with the Tennozan 2006 win and Bad Force formation.
He possesses surprising explosiveness for a man his size and is
rarely overpowered. While he failed to win the Osaka Pro Title from
Billyken Kid, he & Zeus had a short reign as Osaka Pro Tag Team
Champions. After the titles fell into the hands of KAGETORA &
Rasse from M-Pro, GAINA & Zero won them back in December 2007.
Their team was just starting to gain some steam when GAINA announced
that he would be a part of the Okinawa Pro-Wrestling project. Despite
this, he & Zero are still the Osaka Pro Tag Team Champions and will be
targeted by teams looking to bring the belts home. His Okinawa masked
persona will be Shisa-ou.
